  • Dielectric Material: Barium strontium titanate-based ceramic doping suppresses aging effects under electric field strength, resulting in a capacitance change of ≤±5% after 10,000 hours of accelerated aging testing.
  • Electrode and Package: Aluminum foil protrusion welding and a lead-free press-fit structure prevent lead edge burrs from damaging the dielectric, enhancing mechanical strength.
  • Thermal Management: A low dissipation factor (tanδ ≤ 0.001) combined with heat dissipation from the metal casing keeps the full-load temperature rise to ≤15K.
In areas prone to thunderstorms (such as substations in mountainous areas), these capacitors can withstand over 100 surges annually, have a design life of over 20 years, and a failure rate of less than 0.1%, significantly reducing operation and maintenance costs.
